What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?
We may collect basic user profile information from all our Visitors. We collect the following
additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of Authorized Customers, holiday requirements and preferences, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

We must hold the details of the people who have requested our service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information about users in order to book up holiday accommodation or arrange transport to and from an airport.
When people do subscribe to our newsletter, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.
We also use the information to:

• Find appropriate holiday accommodation
• Send out E-newsletters
• Fulfil our contractual obligations

We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, make appropriate service offerings, and fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities
on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally, Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.
We use a third-party provider, dot mailer, to deliver our e-newsletters to our members. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will not be shared with any other organizations.

We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Unless required to fulfill our contractual obligations (egg: booking holiday accommodation, transfer of timeshare ownership) we will not disclose any of the information you provide to
us to any third parties.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Your Right to be Forgotten
The GDPR introduced a right for you to have your personal data erased. The is also known as ‘The right to erasure’. You can make a request for erasure verbally or in writing and we have one month to respond to your request.
What choices are available to Visitors regarding the collection, use, and distribution of the information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails

E Vacation Concierge uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement and
use, and gather broad demographic information.

Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?
E Vacation Concierge Services has entered and will continue to enter partnerships and other affiliations
with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for
Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.
